They are absolutely terrible. They were foisted on us when they bought our contract from another factor. Poor service and ridiculously expensive building insurance costs. Work done by them needs constant repair. Shocking. Any bills in dispute get slapped with a £40 ‘late fee’. There’s actually not enough space here to list my issues with them.
