A lot of friction.......
VG product and installation but terrible organisation. Missed delivery times, confusing text messages, broken promises time and again, lack of contact with a manager when complaining.
Nothing went smoothly and I could not recommend the service. The finished product is good - but service is still incomplete 3 weeks after installation.
