Complaint Regarding Order #521743
I ordered an original remote control for a Dyson Pure Cool Me. The product is apparently on backorder, and I was informed that the payment would only be reserved. However, the money has in fact been withdrawn from my account, no remote control has been shipped, and therefore no item has been received.
How can you justify charging me for a product that has neither been dispatched nor is currently in stock?
