Parcel meant to be delivered on 2nd July no sign of it tracking number stuck on Status on its way , contacting them by mail get a generic template someone will contact you shorty and nothing , try to call number also automated ask tracking says we can see someone will contact you shortly going on circles , appaling service buisness should not rely on companies like this use Dpd or Royal Mail

Not a single time I have received a delivery on time , they either lose it , deliver it days later and that from various shops order can not understand how retailer still use them

it is a joke not sure what happened, they use to have a good customer service now it is a disaster on different days off peak , waited 60 minutes wait and no answer. they keep telling you are moving in the queue but but do not mention your position and them off. on the 4th time managed to get an answer and agent was saying could not hear you and hang up so back to square one

Avoid Wren Kitchen like the plague
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. I purchased a top-tier kitchen from them, guaranteed for 25 years. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when issues surfaced shortly after installation.
Two cupboards near the hob started showing heat damage, along with the upstands. Additionally, rust appeared inside a drawer. When I reached out to Wren Kitchens, their response was shockingly unhelpful. Initially, they claimed it was an installation issue, only to backtrack when I reminded them, they were the ones who installed it.
Next, they dismissed the problems as wear and tear, despite being in the early stages of the guarantee. For other items not in the initial order, they conveniently shifted responsibility, stating they were not their concern as they were not part of the initial installation. When confronted with evidence from my order, they simply moved on to another excuse.
In all five communications, they avoided addressing the cupboard issues. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. It's evident they are quick to deflect blame and avoid taking responsibility for their faulty products.
Fortunately, I have the time and means to pursue the matter with the ombudsman, but not everyone may have that luxury. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money with Wren Kitchens. Explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of their products and service.

Very very poor customer service will never use ever again
needed to make a slight amendment no reply to my email after 5 days and no answer on the phone after 4 hours hold- had o purchase another kit. you would have thought that with the fortune they are making with 2 seconds tests they could hire more customer service staff.

They are good as long as everything goes well. however with all the changes with government's guidelines if you need to amend anything or need and info, good luck trying to contact their customer service it is nonexistent. after putting yu through at round 20 selection to try forwarding you to FAQ.s they hag upon you and I have tried contacting the 30 times
