All perfect

All perfect. All taxes were included when the order was placed, so no unpleasant surprise when picking up the parcel from the Posten facility nearby. Delivery was relatively fast, considering the package was delivered from abroad and definitely within provided estimated delivery time. The quality of the print is great.

Helthjem is not what it used to be

Helthjem is not what it used to be - express delivery now takes 3-5 working days when my packages used to be delivered overnight. Please add 1-2 days to the estimate so you're not surprised that the package is late. Even later than Postnord which speaks for itself.

Delivery was super fast

Delivery was super fast - ordered on weekend to receive package following Tuesday. In combination with low prices could be potentially be a 5-star shop but...

...I was added to newsletter against my will and no one answers my mails. That's a shame.

Very bad communication

I ordered backpack which was suppose to be delivered in 7 to 14 days. After two weeks waiting without hearing from Fjellesport I sent them email asking when my package will be delivered, and after 3 more days got an answer that backpack wasn't sent yet and I should not expect it to be delivered any time soon since they can't get it from their supplier.

I understand things like that can happen from time to time but I just wasted 3 weeks and still have to wait for another few days to get my money back. I should be informed short after placing an order that for reason mentioned above my order will be delayed by x weeks, so I could cancel it and place an order somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback! We certainly agree that this is not good and that you as a customer should receive more information about delivery of your order. I cannot do anything but apologize and in the future I hope we can be better about giving our customers more information in cases where we cannot hold the original delivery time.
