As soon as I leave I get confirmation of no charge. This is in the gym car park where weekdays have a two hour limit. I must add that when I had an issue with another car park hozah managed, restaurant issue, hozah customer service was fabulous and the issue was resolved quickly.

They don’t to the £6.00 wash, said it’s not been working for ages! Then say that before you queue up. In this weather like to wash car more often so wanted the least cost! There are better car washes around here so won’t be back. Didn’t even spray the pre wash on, even though I asked! Not going there again 😡 Just looking round car and it’s still dirty where they haven’t brushed the wheels and skirting & that spray stuff the cars in front got wasn’t used. Was just told it’s OK , feel it’s a rip off 🙁
The DPD driver was outside my house, did not ring door bell, and drove off. My wife arrived at the same time and thought he had collected package. All customer service could do is apologise and say re book it! If you’ve been given a time and have waited in and the driver doesn’t even knock it’s very annoying!!!!
I brought glasses as my husband had used goggles4u a few times and it’s really pleased. Have to add, so am I 👍🏻 Also people have commented on my glasses and I’ve passed on details so they can buy some. Was a simple process and they didn’t take long to arrive.
Simple and easy to order. Plus really great quality!

We seem to have the same person deliver to us. She is great and if you are about says hello and has a happy outlook. Although I’m mentioning our regular delivery person. Have to say that drivers who deliver here are always pleasant and put parcels stored in our safe place if we aren’t in. Well done 👍

Was originally with Bulb who were taken over by Octopus. I liked Bulbs transparency - & find that Octopus is just as good. Love their communications, ease of using the web site, recording readings etc. Happy to fix my electric & gas as feel comfortable that they are giving a great service & price.

We have now been with them for a few years now. It's really convenient, they email you for readings. They suggest revisions of payment, up and down, but it's your choice. Plus it's all nice and clear and simple. Thanks Bulb 👍💡😊
Booked via Ryan Air flying into Glasgow. Paid up front for extra cover, only to find the 1000 excess still applied (read small print). Also told could only do 90 miles per day or pay an extra 6.00 a day. After checking car & pointing out some additional damage went on our way. The car smelt like previous people had smoked in it which was very unpleasant. The accelerator and brake pedals had the rubbers removed. The car was set to French on the instrument displays. Only had the car for two days so didn't complain - but wouldn't book with them again.

Unfortunately, as you booked via a third party, the insurance you purchased was not with Green Motion but the broker itself. Therefore, your excess was not reduced due to no cover being purchased with Green Motion. We are very sorry to hear that the vehicle you had received was not of our usual standard. I can confirm that we do not permit smoking within any of our vehicles and apologise should this have caused you any inconvenience.
