Great company. Always extremely helpful when you ring for advice. Have just bought my second umbrella from them. Unfortunately I did not take the harsh Queensland weather into consideration when I bought my first - was trying to save $$$. Always a mistake. Anyway, Shade Australia is my supplier of choice and I highly recommend them and their products.

Sizing good - I played it safe and ordered the next size up after consulting the sizing chart - I have learnt from experience.

The best thing about Bathware Direct, apart from their user friendly website, is their great customer service. You can actually phone with any queries and calls are answered promptly and with a smile. Questions are answered quickly and efficiently. And don't forget their great prices for goods advertised. Definitely recommend Bathware Direct.

Had no problems using Opodo and was very happy with the service I received.

Love this site but the following could be improved -
--searching large numbers of advertised house sits is not very user friendly. After viewing a sit, you are always taken back to the first page and it is annoying to have to try and find where you were in the list.
-- have found a number of home owners who do not read their mail, and therefore never reply
-- have house sat for owners who have changed their arrival back home date, but haven't passed this information on
I feel TrustedHouseSitters mission statement should include more robust monitoring of home owners to ensure they are aware of their responsibility to potential house sitters

I have been a member for almost a year and I love this site. It is easy to use, the description given by home owners of the properties looking for a house sitter give lots of detail, any help queries have been answered promptly, the dashboard is easy to use and provides all the information needed at the click of the button, external reviews can be added and I believe this site engenders a lot of trust between home owners and house sitters. I joined two other sites when I joined TrustedHouseSitters, but in the end I decided TrustedHouseSitters met all my needs.
