Never recieved order. Never received reply from email.

Ordered 12x16 picture mount and got sent a bigger size (16x20) Not helpful as I now have to go out of my way to take them back and replace.

The prices rise every year without fail. Last time it rose by £9 a month. For the same service once a year. Used to be £22 a month now £48

Not impressed with the quality on half of the items I ordered. Cheap and cheerful.

Bought a chaos 1000w e scooter. Had an issue with a part. Emailed with photos and video. Jigs sent us out a replacement part and it’s all good now. Excellent customer service. Received fast delivery with a cup of sweets! Thank you Funbikes. 5 stars

My delivery guy kimbien is the mutts nuts

Ordered my items on 30th November, 10th dec still not received. Hermes have damaged stage parcel (7items in total) I tried tracking my order this morning, asi was getting annoyed at not having any feedback other than Hermes saying parcel was delayed. I have had a conversation with customer service at Aldi to say they have refunded the money, I asked for replacements as these were items selected by my niece as Christmas presents. Fair enough I got refund, now I got to let my niece down and she was so excited with her craft kits selection. Hermes are *crap. 2nd parcel this week that they have lost and damaged of mine.

Would give 0 star but trust pilot won’t allow. Ordered a travel cot, paid extra to have next day delivery. Next day no delivery. 12th March ordered. Sent email asking where my order was, order gets cancelled, they re order on 22nd March, charge me for next day delivery. Guess what, no delivery, a week later still no order. Have been emailing, now they are ignoring me. Absolutely sh it customer service. Next excuse will be it’s onboard evergiven in the Suez Canal, weeks and weeks delayed. So a week gone, and yet still no delivery. So been waiting since 12 March for next day delivery. Generic response to my trustpilot review. Sent them an email to discuss, generic email “we have received your email”, still no answer!!
Update :They have cancelled my order again!

Had a response after emailing. Refund has been received. Phone lines cut due to covid. However, not the best experience shopping with matalan

Ordered bed on 6 nov, was told 14 weeks for delivery. Actually turned up today 3 dec.
