When VELUX stopped making the WLR 100 50 02 remote control hand set to operate my windows, they suggested that I replace the complete window control box, cables, motor and instal a solar panel to power the motors, at a cost of nearly GBP £800 for 2 windows. This is an abhorrent waste of perfectly good VELUX components and our precious planet's finite resources.
I could not find a VELUX remote control handset in the UK, but REMOTE CONTROL WORLD in Czechia could supply a unit that provided the basic remote control that I needed. REMOTE CONTROL WORLD has provided me with excellent service and customer support. I would definitely use them again if I cannot find electronic products in the UK and I give REMOTE CONTROL WORLD an excellent recommendation.

I ordered 2 Items at different times and paid for quick delivery on the second one, so the would be delivered together, which was scheduled to be 4 days ago.
The items have not arrived and WEX/DPD has made a complete mess of my orders, and I shall never deal with them again. Pathetic

Animed new website is not great, can't reorder and Hills Metabolic Dry Cat Food product descriptions do not reconcile with what I have ordered before/on the existing Hills bags.
Could not complete order online because of issues with Animed website not accepting selected Royal Mail delivery option provided on the website.
Issues and poor experience sent to Animed to resolve.
I hope for a better ordering experience next time.

LCE delivered exactly what I needed and How I need

Excellent! Will Use again. My first time dealing with LCE and they were excellent. I only purchased a camera case, but it was packed and shipped to me using Royal Mail (which I requested for carbon footprint reduction reasons) and I received it within 20 hours of ordering! Special thanks to Paul at LCE Southampton for his superb service!

Great people to deal with, excellent customer support, quick delivery time by Royal Mail, which is important to me. I'll be buying again from Merlin soon!

Merlin cycles had the Shimano cables at the right specification, the right price and shipped them to me very efficiently by Royal Mail, so keeping the carbon footprint to a minimum because Royal Mail pass my door 6 days a week.

You issue feedback requests too early, before the product arrives.
I never use your website to review comments when I am purchasing anything.
I'm going to stop providing reviews.

I ordered a PELI 3715 ATEX Zone 0 torch on the internet, after checking by telephoning Peli that it was in stock and being told it would be delivered during the next working day. My order was placed at 09:08 on a Friday.
Unfortunately, the torch was not delivered as expected on the following Monday, so anyone who expects their order to be delivered as per the Peli website may be disappointed and inconvenienced, like me.
The product is great though.

I placed an online order with Cromwell Tools mid afternoon and the goods were delivered in perfect condition by 09:30 the following morning, using their free standard shipping service.
