Excellent experience from start to finish. From the quoting to installation, everything was smooth, efficient, clear. The very friendly and very funny engineers who came to install my system have even fixed my cupboard door, which was kind of jammed for a year. They just did it because they noticed it was off. Anyway, aircon is working perfectly. Happy to highly recommend this company.

Absolutely perfect 1000% internet scam. I bought a product back in October 2021. They said they couldn’t fulfil my order. I asked for money back. Now it’s almost April - still no refund.
In addition, when you see that the company is responding and asking for more information - this is also part of the scam. I have posted similar review a few months back, they asked me for my info, and still have not done anything about it.
NEVER BUY FROM ULTAMODAN.

Booked the taxi in Bath on 12 March, and they charged me immediately. They cancelled my booking 10 min later without any real explanation. It is now 16 days later and I am still chasing for refund. Is this a scam kind of company, I wonder?

Why are you asking for a review BEFORE the product is delivered? This is just another nail in the coffin for me on Neon Beach. I am still waiting for my order that I placed in Oct 2020. Cheers.

I am very happy with my purchase of a standing table from Flexispot. It's really good quality and makes such a big difference to my day to day life. The service in store, when face to face, is OK. But other than that, I have not had a good experience. My phone was taken on Friday with a promise to email or text me (on another phone) about the status of diagnostic within 48 hours. I heard nothing and when I tried to call, it was impossible to get through. I had to go to the shop on Sunday evening to figure out what was going on. They were confused as to the outcome of the diagnostic and told me they have to run diagnostic again. What a mess. I still don't have the phone and don't know when I will get it back. They keep promising to keep me in the loop but that never happens. I always have to call. Never again will I chose iSmash!!!
