We loved using the Hozah service

We loved using the Hozah service, makes parking so easy!
Also very impressed with their customer service. We'd sold our car but hadn't removed the car from the app. I then noticed I'd been charged for parking. When I raised this with customer service I received a response within hours and the money refunded.
I hope more carparks use Hozah!

Had a PCR test before flying

Had a PCR test before flying. Very efficient check in and a lovely lady who did the swab. Results came back the following day. Efficient process that inspires confidence, would happily use again.

Parcelforce botched relivery

Parcelforce delivered my parcel, though there was no email or text telling me it will arrive at that day or time. Instead of leaving the parcel he took it away again! I have a nice video of him arriving and leaving ... There was no card left. Now just hoping it will be delivered tomorrow. Parcelforce can't even get the basics right. Very disappointing.

Hello Simon - I'm sorry to read that you are unhappy with the service you have received.

The delivery details for your parcel record that the driver recorded that there was no one available to accept the parcel at the property earlier today. The service purchased by the sender requires that there must be someone at the delivery address to accept the parcel, and the driver was therefore unable to leave the item there.

We do offer the option to have notification emails or texts to be sent, but we would need the sender to share the relevant information with us, when they book the service. The booking details for this parcel show that no contact email address or number was provided, to enable us to send out the alerts.

Hours to send money to Kenya, then fail

Tried to send money to Kenya, told that they were checking my account details, still doing so the following day ... initiated a chat person was very pleasant but was unable to resolve the issue, said it would be resolved in a couple of hours ... after 3 hours cancelled the transaction. (Used World Remit who gave a better rate and delivered in minutes)

Great service, good price = great result

Spoke to Richard to give level of comfort before ordering - you can tell a lot about a company by speaking to them. Ordered a Panasonic G80 at a great price, with a couple of filters thrown in, arrived the next day. Great result and would happily use again.
