One full month and no delivery in Austria
I placed an order on 16 Feb. On 18 Feb the online profile info is updated: the package sent out. By 5 Mar no delivery, I write them, they say the package is in the warehouse?!? 10 days later, no update on my online profile, and no delivery. So, today, 15 Mar, I cancel the order. The case number #2859457#. It is shocking how big the discrepancy exists between the physical shops and the online shop. I give in 2 instead of 1 star because they always responded in 24 hours.
