Item not picked up but tracker said in transit
I asked for an item to be picked up from a hotel in Dubai and brought back to the UK.
The tracker showed the item had been collected but the hotel still had it. It's now been 2 weeks with countless emails and live chats but still no reason why this is and a constant avoidance to give my money back.
They have allegedly booked to collect the item 3 times now but have fail despite given them the hotels address, phone number and email address.
I hope to get a refund soon and rebook the collection with another firm.

Update - Parcel Monkey couldn't work out why the collection hadn't been made so issued me a refund with out too much fuss.
A day later someone did come to try to collect the parcel (which has already been sent via a different service) - communication seems to be an issue
