The staff were courteous, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car, showing genuine concern for my safety and understanding of the situation. Although they weren’t able to resolve all of the issues initially due to limited access to certain parts from their suppliers, they kept me fully informed and offered helpful guidance. Once I was able to source the necessary repairs elsewhere, I returned and they promptly completed my wheel alignment to a high standard. I really appreciated their honesty, communication, and customer-focused approach, highly recommended.

Platform provides an excellent user experience with informative graphs that can be presented in multiple formats allowing you to drill down for comprehensive analysis. Purchases are almost instantaneous unlike other competitors' platforms which may take up to 3 days before investments are made and withdrawals are normally conducted within 2 days from my experience. Fees are zero for my investments in ETFs, and there are low FX fees in comparison to competitors. The practice platform is great feature for simulations and learning opportunities. The only feature I would like is a direct debit option for seamless hands-free investing.

Daniel was very patient while competently explaining medical insurance offerings and features to someone who has had very little experience in this area. I have had an excellent experience with Asda Tyres yet again (26/08/22) ! I have used Asda Tyres several times over the past few years and found their website to be intuitive with many options for their Tyre ranges. The customer service offered by the install partner was also stellar. I will continue to use Asda for tyres in the future.

I recently got a delivery from TP Bolton. The delivery driver was on time and very patient. He showed no signs of frustration despite having to move his truck twice before unloading due to cars waiting. Products were of excellent quality. I would use TP again in the future simply based on the excellent customer service shown by the delivery driver.

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time recently. Their system was simple and reliable. I printed the labels and dropped off my parcel at the Post Office. My brother received it right on schedule.
