Machine 2weeks old, used twice, faulty distribution of 2cup delivery .
Phoned ,e.mailed video ,after 4days had to phone back . Did not reply
One cup full other cup not, was told this was normal. ,Looking for refund
This was for a wedding gift , our other machine is approx 8years old , does not have this fault
