Do not go anywhere near this company

Do not go anywhere near this company. You try and cancel your policy and payments are still taken of your debit /credit card. I cancelled in December 2024 and payment were still being taked in May 2025. These people say oh yes we can see you cancelled and we will make a refund only to be told that they are looking at what went wrong. No mention of we have made a refund and are sorry.

I ordered a drive shaft on their…

I ordered a drive shaft on their website and was sent the wrong one. Aftersales service is by email only? I fitted the shaft and had no drive to the wheels. I contacted aftersales and was was told that it was my responsibility to count the splines on the shaft. After numerous emails they sent a replacement and guess what it was identical to the first one that was delivered. The owner of the car ordered a drive shaft giving the registration and yet again the wrong one but he was told the he should of told J&R that the car was automatic. I now have to return this shaft at my expense. I have reported this issue to trading standards. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.

My car was working fine used at night…

My car was working fine used at night and during daylight hours. I had a new screen fitted and noticed that my rear lights and front sidelights were on and would not switch off. national windscreens scanned the car and it showed a fault with the body unit. I spoke to BMW and They said that when connecting or disconnecting any device it is advised that the battery is disconnected or this can also happen if the battery is left to discharge. I was told by Nationwide hardluck

Deb Turner is one of if not the best…

Deb Turner is one of if not the best solicitor i could have chosen to represent me. Debs has been a shoulder to cry on and carried me when I hit rock bottom. Debs gives it to you as it is and sometimes it can be harsh but in a caring way. I would not hesitate to contact Debs and her team regarding any family issue.

I also have to say a big thank you to Heather for being so supportive during the proceedings.

I am really going to miss Debs has she became a friend and at times a confidant, taking time to listen and advise on other issues. The world seems a much better place now. Thanks Debs you are a star.
