Customer services to the rescue

After a mix up with delivery a member of customer services quickly got item dispatched and delivered next day. Much appreciated. I would still prefer to be able to speak to someone on the phone, sending emails back and forth is so frustrating and time consuming

Paid extra for next day delivery

Paid extra for next day delivery, didn't arrive, you can't telephone anyone at espares, only email, takes forever to get a reply, reply said it was delivered and signed for, had to email again with screenshot of couriers delivery photo which is not my house, ten days and still not resolved. Please get a call centre so customers can speak to someone and get things resolved straight away

Engineer was supposed to ring me first…

Engineer was supposed to ring me first for access (tenanted property) but he failed to do so and just turned up. Three days without heat and hot water and there are children in the property, extremely poor service.
