One star is too much !!! This company is a rip off merchant !! They don't reply to your emails, they go ahead with repairs (I have proof the repairs have not been done) and not advise residents in advance of the repairs ??
The cost of the buildings insurance is ridiculous - way more than if I was able to get my own buildings insurance. Their management fee is an absolute joke - they manage nothing !!!

The bus from Glasgow to London on 7th September was 45 minutes late. Nobody came to let us know !! Eventually found someone who said it was late due to Megabus changing the bus ?? The drivers weren’t helpful and were a bit grumpy. This is the second time I have traveled with Megabus to London and on both occasions the bus was late !!

Our vehicles are sometimes unable to avoid congestion and other issues operating on the busiest motorways in the UK can throw up at times. We only used a EU parallel import because we were running short on UK supplies, what you have been supplied is identical to UK Dianette and all under license
