Delivery company’s get a lot of criticism but I have always had a good service from Stephan always pleasant and on time

Just renewed my contract. Staying with Octpus energy as they are the best provider.
So easy to contact them always efficient and very good customer service. Always up to date billing as readings are sent every month, so no surprise with payments. Added bonus recommend friends and both get £50 just done and so easy to arrange money credited to account as soon as account was set up.

Unfortunately my parcel went walk about. Turned out it was sent back to The sorting office from the collection garage. So after sending we have your parcel it wasn’t there. As it was a Birthday present it missed the day, so not a good result. Got it eventually.
