After a false start with the wrong technology for the strength of internet signal at mum and dad’s house, resolving the issue and subsequent support was above and beyond. Mum was helped with replacing over sensitive equipment and talked through the process. The staff on the call line are always charming and helpful even when the over sensitive equipment meant mum and dad were accidentally contacting them rather regularly! Mum can’t speak highly enough of Careline, after a rather less than enthusiastic review of a ‘competitor’.

What can I say? These serums are a must have for me. Beautiful texture and effective.

The clue is in the review title. Packfleet make efficient delivery, whilst keeping the recipient totally informed by message, look effortless. I don’t know why more companies don’t use them. They totally raise the game of the company I purchase from by seamless, timely delivery, in sign written vans and with friendly delivery drivers. I would give them 6+ stars if I could.

I undertook the course before a series of personal events adversely affected my time and mindset over quite a long period. The college was extremely supportive even though it took me longer to complete.
The course was well set out and easy to navigate with plenty of links to supporting material, although I underestimated the volume of reading!
The staff offered great advice when I found the online learning challenging and I’m delighted to have successfully completed the course.

Really pleased with product range and convenience of doorstep delivery. There is even the added bonus that oat milk now comes in recyclable glass bottles.
The only downside is the occasional non-availability of a regularly ordered product on the day, when I hadn’t bought from the supermarket because I was expecting from Milk&More. However, this has only happened twice.

Welcoming staff greeted me as I entered the store and were willing to assist or leave me to browse. I was in a hurry so really appreciated help quickly locating what I wanted. Advice on defrosting was also really relevant and made my buying decision. All food was excellent, as always.

Quality product, excellent customer service. Good fit, competitive price. Got a call from King of Cotton because I’d mistakenly put my billing postcode in the delivery address and they were helpful in getting this corrected with the delivery company.

Cook is my 'go to' place when I'm not cooking from scratch but it is occasional so I was pleased to see some new Indian (and vegan) options since my last purchase. We had Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Curry, Coconut & Lime Leaf Rice with garlic & coriander naan and Keralan Prawn & Mango Curry for my partner. I'm isolating and when my partner collected the order I didn't think it looked enough or very exciting in it's frozen state. Fast forward 45 minutes (for the Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Curry, best cooked in the oven) and how wrong could I have been?! Delicious, filling and more than enough. I'd certainly order again. PS - my partner really enjoyed the Keralan Prawn & Mango Curry.

I've had doorstep milk (and more!) deliveries for years, partly for peace of mind that I won't forget to buy the milk and partly because I think it's a valuable resource for the local community, many of whom are elderly. Especially during lockdown, and since, I've really appreciated the value of being able to get milk and other essentials delivered to my doorstep. There are rarely any delivery issues and in the event of non-availability I am always contacted promptly via email. Highly recommend.

So refreshing to do business with a human being! Peace of mind that any specifics have been discussed and correctly addressed. Very proactive and attentive service yet still with a competitive price. Highly recommend Carlos, and his colleagues who assisted me if he wasn’t available.
Will definitely be discussing other insurance renewals as they fall due.

Order arrived promptly and very attractive as per picture when ordered. A little concerned about having to cut open tight-fitting plastic packaging with scissors and damaging contents but was okay.
Holes aren’t not particularly reinforced which would have been preferable and wasn’t clear when ordering. However all seems to be well and very pleased with the look and the fact I could easily shorten to require length with scissors.

Delivered earlier than anticipated which was a bonus. We know the product and it was a fantastic opportunity to try all the dark chocolate flavours. Birthday gift - recipient delighted.
