Phonak hearing aids are sold by audiologists and Boots. My husband purchased a pair on the 26/5/17 that were invisible in the ear canal for £3,000. He has seen 3 separate audiologists for multiple visits who have all suggested different reasons for the hearing aids not to be working. The have been back and forth to Phonak since he bought them and they still do not work. The latest modification is now much larger and is in the canal and clearly visible. This is not the product or the type that was originally purchased.He has been more than patient.He wants a behind the ear model as the last one is uncomfortable and sore.He has asked for an exchange and the audiologist said he would look into it and phone us back. We are still awaiting the phone call.Once again they have gone back to Phonak who have had them in their factory longer than in my husband's ears.What are Boots doing to address this problem?

Still waiting for a response so far an e-mail saying we are looking into it!!
2 seater sofa and chair delivered on the 29th November. Should be a set we have one dark grey sofa and one light grey chair in different fabrics.
Also there is a £50 price difference so we are out of pocket too.Numerous phone calls always too busy to answer.
