Fantastic service Simple’s and quick turnaround had our replacement phone the next day.

Great service code arrived within the 30 minutes quoted and worked straight away. I must admit I had my doubts about using this service as VW wanted £100 to plug in and get code. But it’s been amazing and such good value for money.

Can be a bit of a lottery but once you’ve worked out your favourites you can’t go wrong. After a while of using the app you get a feeling for when to check for the specific stores you like and grab yourself a bargain.

Great organisation on the day friendly approachable staff. Great value sandwiches and snacks not rip off prices. The seats were just fold up plastic chairs but they were ok. The warm up man was super funny and interactive with the audience and of course Bradley and the guests were great. It was so funny to see all of the filming and the raw humour it will be interesting to see how it will all come together. We were really lucky and watched the Christmas show and it’s good so don’t miss it. Booking the tickets on applause store was so easy I applied for them there were 100 available I didn’t actually expect to get any but I did. It is best to get to where you are going early as although they say 100 tickets they release more than that in case of no shows so there is no guarantee of you getting in hence we went early as we didn’t want to be turned away. I’d definitely recommend the applause store. What are you waiting for get on their site check the shows apply and then keep an eye on your emails for those tickets as that’s when you’ll request how many you need. I would say that there were what I would call ignorant people that arrived late and had obviously been before as they stood at the front of the marquee by the gate to ensure getting in first fortunately they were not good looking so it did them no favours as they still didn’t get good seats 🤣 whilst those of us that sat on the seats were left fighting to get in this needs better organising maybe some kind of cheap and cheerful raffle ticket style order and calling groups of people at a time this rewarding real fans that have waited a good few hours to get in.

Service in store to order was very good. Unfortunately we were sent trainers that had been returned and then sent straight back out without being checked to see if they had been worn or damaged, we know this because the previous customer had put a large note in the box with her order number name and address details as well as her mobile phone number requesting a full refund. A clear breach of GDPR and disgraceful of such a large company. These trainers would have been impossible to return if they had been faulty damaged or worn as we would of had no proof of the condition of them when they were delivered my warning would be to order them to a store for collection and open them whilst your there I’m sure that this was not a one off. Easy to order arrived quickly and within time scale quoted this coat did fit but only just my son in law is a small size everywhere else but this small doesn’t have a lot of room in it but as he doesn’t wear jumpers will be ok I would of needed to size up if wearing layers/jumpers underneath

Amazing service using the WhatsApp messaging service refund sorted and processed immediately and will soon be back into my account 🙂

Excellent service driver waited for me to answer the door and passed my package to me rather than knocking putting the parcel on the floor and running off down the drive as other delivery drivers do

Very poor amount of food small chicken wrap, cheese and ham roll and 2 yum yum I would be surprised if this came to £8 full price. Not good compared to previous collections

We had a couple of issues which were quickly sorted out our delivery guys were amazing and thoroughly checked the bed for defects or damage before they assembled it, really fantastic build quality bed I can see this lasting a long time unlike one we purchased elsewhere, Very happy customer who would definitely recommend this company and their beds

Fabulous fabric the quality and feel of the fabric I bought was beautiful and all pieces were cut straight which is so refreshing so many times I’ve ordered form other stores and they cut it wonky and generally by the time you straighten up the pattern your a few inches short but not this time. If I could take 1/2 a star off I would but it’s not an option so I had to take 1 star off just because of the postage costs which understandably rise with the more you purchase but saying that I’ll definitely be reordering just wanted to be fair and make others aware of the sliding scale of postage linked to the weight of their fabric choices I’m a woven lover so they tend to be not too heavy

Good service nice and helpful staff at this store which was Ashford in Kent although not all staff were knowledgeable as others it’s always tidy and well stocked.

Absolutely amazing easy to select and lots of choice easy to order and very quick delivery all in tact and fantastic quality I bought these for my grandsons 1st birthday party but didn’t go overboard in case the quality wasn’t great but I wish I had ordered more but I’d left it too close to the event.

Of the three builders that answered my ad only one actually kept in contact with me and gave me a full quote which was heritage glazing both of the other builders were not interested one didn’t even bother to email the quote as promised although he had said it was all prepared they were both uninterested when I explained I was waiting for other quotes to come in so that I could choose so disappointed from that point of view but actually I believe I had the right man for the job as he was amazing from start to finish so much so we have asked and he has given us quotes for the rest of our windows

Great sale ordered my son new t shirts for the summer delivery was quick quality no bad for the price but some of the t shirts have large neck holes so something to bear I mind if your child is slim

What’s to complain about great priced tyres much cheaper than the high street chains delivered on time and within 2 days of ordering so super quick have previously used another site which was just as good but had to wait a week for them to be delivered and fitted

This would have been five stars but after choosing the tyres we wanted the fitting date was a week away so we clicked the call us to see if we can get you an earlier appointment only to be put through to a tyre centre that said no we can’t do that but if you want to pay a bit more we have them in store and on the shelf the bit more was nearly £140!!

Excellent as always click and collect was so quick and easy and excellent quality goods the staff are working hard to support everyone during the crisis so thank you to tool station and all their staff
