Delivery time was amazing

Delivery time was amazing, ordered at 4pm, delivered 9am next day. All well packed and sealed. Only one let down: the Thai basil was flavourless, it looked fresh in its packaging but no flavor whatsoever. Will not hesitate to use this service again.

Tools were good quality and worked…

Tools were good quality and worked well, delivered quickly and well packed. However the process for registering them for guarantee purposes defies belief, I spent over two hours searching for numbers that weren't there or were incorreclty described by length or colour and was only finding out the process by trial an error. Still not done yet, I'll have another go later.

Delivery quality problems, order No.B1495453

Hi there,
I would like to relate my experience of the delivery of my long awaited Benson bed: The delivery van arrived within the allotted time on correct date. thereafter things were not so good! the bottom section of the bed was wet, both the cardboard packaging and the material of the bed were soaking in water.
The driver explained that the lorry had been loaded on Friday and had spent the weekend in the yard and the rain had penetrated thru to the floor. On delivery to us on Monday the water had seeped into our bed section.
We then had a decision to make: wether to except or refuse the delivery, our last bed had gone to the tip so we decided to accept delivery and leave the damp section near the radiator for the rest of the day, hoping it would be dry enough to sleep on.
It turned out that the bed dried off but was left with staining, a replacement has been arranged but we now have to wait another three or so weeks.
so altogether not a happy experience.
