Phenomenal!

I’ve been after Toshi strap for a while, and finally got round to ordering a burgundy shell cordovan for my Panerai 3 weeks ago. It arrived today, a week early, and is stupendous! Beautiful quality, amazing fit and finish. Superb value for money, I’ll be going back for a black one soon. Check them out….

Absolutely shocking. Myself and another lady were trying to arrange to have puppies collected from the same breeder and approached this company for a quote. Their quote seemed reasonable (although their communication was quite rude), but they repeatedly ignored requests to see their insurance documents. I found this especially strange given that their make a point of this on their own Facebook page! They then sent a very abrupt text saying they wanted a £100 deposit and they won’t share the insurance docs until the day before collection is due! At this point we declined to use their services. I am not sure what is going on with them, their website has been continually down, but when I was briefly able to access it they had docs that had expired 2.5 years ago. Why on earth they think anyone would send them a deposit without any proof of bona fides Is beyond me. I have never experienced such poor customer service. In comparison I approached two other pet couriers, both of whom m were cheaper, and more than happy to share copies of their insurance snd DEFRA certs. AVOID! There are much better out there.

I left the same review on Google. A couple of days later the company replied claiming that they had been told that I was possibly trying to get access to their documents to commit fraud. Not only is this a ridiculous and false claim, but why would I leave them a review if I were a criminal fraudster! They are obviously stupid as well as incompetent and desperately trying to explain away my review.

Additionally, I have booked another company who had not asked for a deposit and where only too happy to send copies for their insurance and DEFRA docs.

They’re website is up again, and clearly shows the out of date docs.

Our Mac mini wouldn’t boot, took it into Matt (good covid secure procedures being observed) who diagnosed a faulty fusion drive. Have a very reasonable price to replace the drive and transfer the OS over. The job was done very quickly and the Mac is working better than ever now. I highly recommend this company for any computer needs.

I normally use fonebank, have done 4/5 times and never had a problem. I took a punt ok this lot because they where offering £25 more (greedy I know, but I've learned my lesson). I sent in a cosmetically perfect iPhone 5, having been quoted "upto" £125. I have just received a revised offer of £53......apparently there is a "pink hue" on the screen. Well they must have some kind of specialist testing equipment, because both my wife and I checked it before we sent it, this mysterious "hue" was not visible to the naked eye!!

Altogether a dispiriting experience. I have heard about companies like this, and now know to stick with what I know...Fonebank from now on!!
