My watch was in need of repair

My watch was in need of repair. I was at a complete loss as to who to use in Bedford. I decided to try Baker Brothers to see if they could help. Wow impressive from the moment I walked in. Special thanks to Ruby and Tanya. I also had time to observe the straightforward, dedicated professional, calm advice, knowledgeable customer service others were receiving in purchasing items. Nothing was too much trouble
I received very timely service for the repair along with straightforward advice which surpassed expectations - well worth a visit you will be treated really well

Walking Boots replacement

Very helpful staff in making sure I obtained the correct boots from those available - impressed - Served by Coleen. First time became a member with the card - As a member a price match is available within 7 days so had a look and indeed surprisingly found a genuine site withe same product cheaper - Even more impressed with the without quibble, quick honouring of this on 14th March- served by Zoe - Would definitely shop at Go Outdoors again

Router and wireless USB adaptor…

Router and wireless USB adaptor problems diagnosed . Martin Dix was extremely helpful, clear and calm in methodical investigation (reverting to Ethernet for a short while in the interim) calling me back as promised and ensuring everything checked. Finally promised a new router without quibble.
Only downside of the experience was the wait in the original queue.

Renewed with Simplicity after market comparison - Very straight forward and transparent process - Always happy to use web site e.g. give readings (The builder (2018) of our new home installed smart meter 1 not 2 so when we changed from EON it does not work!! We await smart meter 2 installation
Had query today on the account - Chelsea was brilliant in sorting everything
