Initially I did not receive my parcel. Not easy to contact Victorian plumbing, no help from FedEx. I had to reorder snd was hundreds of pounds out of pocket.after sending an email to Victorian plumbing I got a prompt email reply and a full refund. They said they would sort it out with FedEx themselves. You don’t get this service with Victoria plumb or other bathroom suppliers. Very impressed

You sent an empty cardboard tube instead of 3 expensive tile trims I paid for express delivery it took 6 days to come and the tube was empty even though I’d paid for three tile trims

I was a bit worried about using purple bricks as I had only used conventional estate agents before but actually found the process much better and quicker with direct contact to a responsive, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable agent with local experience and no messing around. All for 3 grand cheaper than a high street estate agent. Sold my property within a week for 10 grand over asking. Confirmed all the viewers finances, communicated with me daily. Highly recommend.

I always use the Sheepscar Leeds branch of Brewers for my renovations. The two gentlemen behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly and can’t do enough for you. I decided I wasn’t keen on the colour of my fence paint but had already bought five cans of it - they offered to add pigment to get the exact shade I wanted and were happy to wait for me to try it out snd come back before doing the same for the other 4 cans. While I was there they dealt politely with some obnoxious customers refusing to wear a mask in breach of covid guidelines. I don’t know why they should have to put up with that - anyway my experience of shopping here has always been excellent over 5 years as a customer.

Shane,Nick and all the team were as professional, courteous, tidy and efficient bunch of gentlemen as you could wish for. I wasn't sure if it would be worth adding a loft conversion to my son's small two up two down but they went through things in detail with me, gave a fair quote which they stuck to and was exactly the same as the end price. The end result was fabulous and I would definitely use this firm again.

(only joking George!) What a lucky company to have two such great lads working for them. Cheerful, communicative,prompt, and most importantly they know what they are doing and fix your appliances with no fuss. A pleasure to have in the house - my husband and I wanted Joe to stay for tea! Another amazing repair from George! He really knows his stuff and gave advice on how to get the best out of our appliances. Rarely do you get someone so genuinely interested in and good at their job. My cleaner was amazed at his knowledge. He efficiently fixed all three of the appliances that were not working in my kitchen. Only problem is I won't be able to convince my husband to get a new kitchen now that everything works! Thank you George.

My friend recommended diet chef as she had used it to successfully shift her baby weight. She is a tiny size 6 I am a big size 18 so I wasn't sure if it would work for me. I had previously lost a stone on the 5 /2 diet but it went back on. I ordered the 12 week plan which was on special offer. I got a free nutriblender. In three and a half weeks I had lost 12 pounds and am happy to carry on for the remaining 7 or8 weeks. The food came and service was great - when I wanted to swap some meals I didn't like they sent me the replacements no problem. I found it easy to stick to as i could eat as much fruit and veg as I wanted plus 250mls skimmed milk plus 300 cheat calories per day which is loads to eat. It's so handy to have the low calorie snacks to hand - the 90 calorie chocolate flavoured bars and cookies were a life saver when I felt snacky. The weight dropped off because I wasn't eating bread butter cheese pastry pizza etc not because I wasn't eating plenty of healthy food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because some of the meals aren't that great. The soups do have a bit of a metallic tang the pot noodle like lunches were inedible unless I roasted a tray of veg to mix in with them and some of the dinners were horrid (veg lasagne a definite low!). Having said that my friends all varied in what they preferred (one of them loves the veg lasagne!) and if you stick to your favourites (the chicken curry, the chilli con carne) it's ok. I loved the breakfasts -although tiny the granola was yummy with a sliced banana and milk and the pancakes were nice with a teaspoon of maple syrup from my cheat calories and a squeeze of lemon. The snacks were great. The evening meals were variable. The lunches were probably the weakest, I took to replacing the lunches with cottage cheese on ryvita or a skinnylicious soup or a plate of roasted vegetables and king prawns. So not quite Jennifer Anniston gourmet meals. And buying all that fruit and veg twice weekly on top of the diet chef price means it's not a cheap way to lose weight. But it works, and you eat lots and don't have to ever be hungry. And it does teach you about portion control and being mindful of what you are eating instead of just reaching for the thick slice of bread and butter! Not perfect but definitely worth it. I recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight steadily and healthily.
