First class customer service

I had doubts about using a Europe-based company as opposed to a home-based (UK) firm to resolve my gas remote control issues. However, their website seemed to offer everything I needed within a reasonable time-frame. Despite my mistake (not theirs!) with the ordering process, Remote Control World promptly refunded what I was due with a friendly note. I will certainly be using them again.

Excellent (3C)helpful in…

Adam (3C) was extremely helpful in helping me switch tariffs. Following a recent energy bill which suggested I could make a reasonable saving by switching I tried to do this online, but without any success. Adam was able to quickly resolve the problem with some help from his team and contacted me promptly thereafter to say the switch had gone through. Excellent customer service. Many thanks to Adam and his team.

Superb Service from Santiago Ways

Thanks to Santiago Ways, our Camino walk was extremely well organized. The accommodation was excellent and the luggage transportation was like a little daily miracle – collected and delivered just where and when we needed it. Ylenia and the other members of the team were always very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful Camino and cannot thank SW enough.

Terrible service

Initial order was flawed and had to be reprinted twice as the first reprint did not arrive. The second reprint also did not arrive within the promised timeframe and missed the important birthday it was intended for. The saga took more than a month for one print! I will not be using CEWE again!

Sales staff and customer service were excellent, dealing with my order and query about spare parts efficiently and fast. The only reason I haven't given five stars is over the (outsourced?) installation helpline which is not as good as when this was handled in-house.
