Do not use Royal Mail!

Do not use Royal Mail!
They don't deserve your business.
18 days out in the rain. No card through the door. How hard is that? They can manage a photo but not a card to say they have hidden it.
Tarnishes your company name.
Product is good, but I choose Bosch wipers and you sent them!
18 day wait is not acceptable

Outstanding service. They even spotted I had ordered the wrong rating of tyre.
Great price. Fitted when they said they would be.
Fitter was great. Polite, quick and clean.

Absolutely shocking "service" and still no goods

Absolutely shocking.
How they have the nerve to charge what they do and then treat their customers so badly I have no idea.
Ordered T-Shirts. They sent Boxers. Boxers returned. No T-shirts.
Over a week I have been emailing. No acknowledgement or reply at all.
On the phone they just say they are really really busy, sorry but I don't care how busy you are, its your job to be busy - treating customers like this I am not surprised!
You charge enough to get more staff serving the customers.
It is a simple job to acknowledge and help. You have done neither.
In this day and age it is incredibly frustrating!

Outstanding-As always

Another order placed.
Why? Product knowlege is outstanding. Never pressure to buy, just honest advice from people who know music and he equipment.
Back up and customer service is similarly excellent. Even kit broken on a gig can usually be repaired.
