Made a faux pas ordering 2 vanity units as part of a bathroom refurb as well as a large order of other items.
Emailed my mistake requesting order amended and refund. Return email told to expect 72 hour delay. Received telephone callback from Jonathan McLarney first thing Monday morning less than 48 hours after the order! Pretty darned impressive. Explained a few issues regarding delivery lorry size to help driver.
Very impressed so far - well done for listening, Jonathan!

Simple really. In my opinion, they supply the best seeds on the market, even if not the cheapest. Suttons have offers every now and then which is good, and you can save some money!

Fits pretty well, but could not find the stick-on velcro bits for the hard plastic parts of the Karoq boot.
However, a well made boot liner, and the flap to go over the tailgate is a godsend. Well done. I have heard that some velcro strips are on their way. Upped it to a five star product.

Really good and speedy service. Ordered early, simply because of Covid issues and supply delays that were observed last year. Noted a couple of regular veggy items were not available, so went to a sister company of Suttons.

I have noted a funny thing. I have tried contacting this firm about my non-contract and the erroneous bill, but without sucess. So I have resorted to Trustpilot, before taking Ombudsman and maybe legal action against this firm.
However, the only 'verified' ticks against Trustpilot reviews for Together Enegy refer allegedly to the 4 and 5 star ratings.

Do not ever buy carpet gripper or underlay from Carpetright, as you will pay well over the odds....

What a poor organisation.
I made representations on 24/3/18 about my cancelled easyjet flight due to French ATC being on strike. No refund was given when I phoned up as soon as I was aware of the cancellation.
The written response was on this feedback service was....
I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you've experienced due to your recent flight cancellation with easyJet.
Although we do ask for 24 hours notice to be provided for any booking cancellation and include this in our Terms and Conditions, we understand there may be some circumstances where customers are unable to provide this under circumstances such as your own.
Wherever possible we would always assist our customers under such circumstances with advice and any other help we may be able to provide, and we're sorry to hear you found our agents feedback to be unhelpful in this instance.

Whilst I understand that you may not have been able to give us 24 hours notice regarding the cancellation of your booking, we are unable to issue a refund for the booking as our system will not allow us to cancel it.
As per our terms and conditions, we are unable to issue a refund for the unused booking. However, you are able to claim these charges back through your Travel Insurance or through the airline that cancelled your booking and we will be happy to provide you with any information that you may require in order to do this.

I did respond, and asked for a manager contact email address, but I have heard nothing.... So much for being helped and assisted by their company....
But I am being bombarded with emails asking me to use their service... WHY?
Bottom line....
My scheduled entry to the car park was at 11am on the 22nd March.
Easyjet cancelled my flight at 1131am on the 21st March via email.
My booking for the car park contained my outbound flight number. Therefore, it is highly likely the parking company would be aware - probably before me - that I would not be using the car park through no fault of mine.
I was given less than 24 hours notice of my proposed entry to the car park, that my flight was cancelled.
Questions to this company.
What did a manager not contact me as requested?
What is the purpose of supplying flight information if you do not act on it?
Why did you send me an email on 24th March saying my car had NOT been recognised at the car park entry, when I had cancelled the car park spot by phone days earlier?
The quote -- we are unable to issue a refund for the booking as our system will not allow us to cancel it. - strike me as a cop-out. Had this complaint been referred to a manager as requested, he would or should have the authority to approve a discretionary refund, or even a free weeks parking for my next trip.
I have now identified 4 more trips abroad by air. Can someone tell me why I should fly from Gatwick, and use this firm to park my car?
I feel an email to Simon Calder, and a certain BBC Consumer Program being produced very shortly.

Gatwick Airport will not refund my car parking fee, Why?
easyJet cancelled my flight while I was driving a 3 hour journey, this was due the French ATC strike. By the time I found out the flight was cancelled,the 24 hour right to cancel had elapsed.
Funny thing... Gatwick is a leading airport operator, my flight details were on the booking, and they would have been well aware that the flight was not happening before me. Still no refund, won't use Gatwick or its car parking again. Bristol is closer, as is East Midlands....
easyJet are giving me a refund!
And so the saga continues..... This car parking organisation will still not refund me, as the system won't allow them. Thought!!!! People at Gatwick managed by a computer! Actually they think it's acceptable to check texts and emails while driving - quite illegal, but that's how I could have got a refund! Plus 6 points on my driving licence!
Customer relations? Nil.....

Bought my seeds via website using the paper catalogue. Appears to be a slightly reduced number of varieties than the sister company, but the seeds normally appear a bit cheaper. Order on line? Yes. But a bit disappointed to pay P and P on a fairly large order. Should be delivery free say above £25. Good speedy delivery by Royal Mail. Can't wait to start sowing.

Bought my 2017 seeds online, used the paper catalogue, bought online, and seeds with me within 7 days. Okay, could have bought Sutton's seeds from B &Q, but it's better to do it at leisure from your own warm home with a cup of tea. Postage and packing? For orders over £20 Sutton's should pay for it. Why? Not selling through an intermeduary, so they do get full packet price.

Ordered my stuff at the peak ordering time of the year! My excuse? New house. Okay, about a 3 week delay in delivery, but due torrential rain this spring, no issues. Good quality products, and I will be buying s 25ft polytunnel later this year. That's how confident I am with this firm.

A good salesman, who did know his product line. After agreeing to purchase an item for some £980, the invoice was presented, with the comment - contract NOT Cancellable at all. This I understand fully. Well, I wanted the item.
Payment Card in the machine, then told we had been undercharged £20. For a gross error, I would have accepted this, but for good will, this small amount should have been written off. After all, the extra 10% as advertised on TV for the one day was dismissed by the salesman.
Would I use SCS Bristol again? Sorry but no. All really good until they realised they had made a small mistake, with the onus placed on me to accept their terms and conditions.
Having seen the response from Jordan which I accept, I just notice something else strange from another bit of recent customer feedback
We were a little concerned about the size of the sofabed. I asked if we could order over the phone, the salesman said NO. However , he could take a £10 deposit which is refundable! That does not stack up either, when compared against previous clients feedback. This does reinforce my thoughts about SCS Bristol. Maybe a polite but well concealed hard sell?
Not driving 84 miles to that store again.
