Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy booking, fair price, good communication. We booked "assistance " for my wife, this was handle with empathy and her requirements noted. The delivery by both Jet2 staff and airport assistance was friendly and efficient. The resort Matina Pefkos on Rhodes was lovely, our request for ground floor apartment was honoured. Nice simple room, comfortable, good ac. 2 pools, 2 bars and 2 restaurants on site . 50mts to sandy beach.

On time, but just put the parcel by the door, did not ring the door bell and did not leave the parcel out of sight of the road as instructed. Normally this is done, not this time.

1st fl flat, equipment set up at entrance with pipes upto flat, lounge, 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing, all cleaned with care. Helpful, friendly service at a fair price. Very pleased with the result.

Central location, better price than booking direct with the actual carpark. Very tight entrance ramp and curving slope to underground carpark. Very tight spaces and turn in room between rows of cars. Clean, good lighting and access control (you need your qr code to re-enter the carpark)
