What a wonderful experience. My first dealings were with Paul via email, who really treated me well and booked me in for an appointment. The store was very busy and Stef greeted me, took me to a bar and offered me a drink. She was so nice and ensured that I was happy. Tanya then dealt with me. She was really warm, friendly and was so knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her despite the place being extremely busy. She really treated me well and made this a special occasion for me. All the staff I saw were amazing. So professional and friendly. I was going to buy the watch directly from a 3rd party but I saw that exact same watch on watchfinder from the same dealer. Because watch finder had the authenticity and quality checks, I decided to purchase it Via WF. I am so glad that I did. I received a call from Kevin telling me that the watch had failed the quality checks. however it was still under warranty and he could get it fixed but it could take a while. They offered me alternatives which I chose. I was kept informed and guided through the process by Kevin who went above and beyond. I managed to buy a similar watch in better condition for less than the broken one. I am so glad I bought the watch via WF otherwise I would have been stuck with a broken watch. Thanks Kevin and Watchfinder.

Tracking, updates, punctuality and professional delivery person were spot on

The company prides them self on delivering it where you want it. Living in a townhouse our living room is up one flight of stairs. The two burly men said it’s too heavy to carry up a flight of stairs between 2 of them leaving my 50 yo wife to do it herself ( I was away). Maybe giving them extra spinach, a hug, protein, gym classes may help them in the future to do their job.
