Very relaxed, not at all frightening. Claire was very informative and chatted to me throughout and the results were explained in a way I could understand.
I will be going annualy from now on. Wish I had found this service earlier.
Comparing year on year results so you can see what is happening has got to be far better than getting one when chest pains come, monitoring a trend is probably far more useful to the experts. Try getting that service on the NHS. The cost is negligable and the same as a good meal out for me and my 2 daughters.

I have been with First utility now for nearly 2 years, I have always found it necessary to swap providers when deal changed in order to get the best value but have been delighted to find that First utility have had a comparable deal to the best I have found and I am very pleased to have stayed with them. I always said that all a company had to do was be fair to its customers and they can keep us. I am so pleased that they have suddenly realised that getting new customers is expensive but keeping the ones you already have is easy if treat them fairly.

Their pricing is very fair, I more impressed with the customer service and communication through the whole process, this is the Second time I have ordered from Event Caddy and it won't be the last.
