Love everything about this shower gel. The sustainability aspect as well as just lovely shower gel. I've tried both fragrances and preferred the cedarwood, peppermint and hibiscus. Waiting on the restock.

They've streamlined everything. The app is great. Being able to remotely open your compartment to pick up your delivery beats waiting in a queue. Packages delivered to our flat were frequently stolen, so using InPost offers great security. The are 2 lockers 2 minutes from our door so returns are Super easy and convenient.

Second time I've bought 800tc bedding from them. First time was a duvet set complete with a fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases, this time I bought a fitted sheet set that came with 2 pillows. Very pricey but when you sign up to their newsletters they've got pretty generous 50-60% off discount codes often so they work out decent priced for the quality. The quality is 10/10. The delivery is quick. Very happy.

Love this deodorant. Tried others and their either eventually made my underarms itch or turned them really Dark! Changing from aluminium laden deodorants whether sprays or roll ons there's a bit of a transition period (which is why I tolerated the darken pits for longer than I should've with previous "natural" deos) but once my pits gots used to it, all good and found that it actually works, minimal to no sweat, keeps the BO at bay. Always in my bag so top it up if and when I need to.
Reduced my refill time as I found I used it sparingly which was easy enough to do.
Love the different scent options and limited edition versions are always fun. At first I found the replacing of the refills tricky but they have a handy YouTube video available. Some product is left at the end but I just remove it from the little cardboard and add it on top of the new refill so Nothing is wasted. Win win.

If could give zero stars I would. Due to doing some frantic last minute online shopping I didn't do my due diligence of researching the site as I normally would.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after coming across the brand on Urban Outfitters. I received a none branded scarf. I contacted the company's customer service (auto4@vmcustomers) and the email bounced back so I emailed back the receipt address (mailbox@officecustomer and would always show as Success ID. XXXX etc ). I proved to the them I received a scarf, they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the scarf or 100% refund if I return it to them. I essentially told them no in a series of back and forth emails to which they were urged me to reconsider the 40% refund due to expensive return fees and long deliveries. They eventually sent me their returns details which didn't match the address I managed to find when I peeled back my delivery own details on the original package (completely different district - Shanghai). The delivery details they sent me incase anyone is interested:

I have since contacted my bank and found that they had actually over charged me but I didn't notice due to the stresses of getting everything ready for the holiday and had bought multiple things over multiple accounts (different accounts have their different privileges etc). The charge showed up on my account as EPL*RENSEDIPTY.

Please be vigilant, take that extra few minutes to do the research and learn vicariously through myself and others and save yourself the stress. I am awaiting my bank to investigate and fingers crossed I will get my full refund.
