Dan who repaired the scrape on my car was excellent. Really pleased with the results. Unfortunately, the fact that you changed your quote after the insurance company had made a 'full and final' settlement based on your first quote did leave me out of pocket by about £90. shame as the driver who scraped me accepted it was his fault. Anyway I'm pleased with the work and will be wiser should it happen again.
After a hassle filled year when the systems could not cope with the fact my doctor had issued a batch of prescriptions and I had to ring every month to reorder. Something seems to have sorted it's self out and once again I get reminders and can order online successfully. Yah! Just a bit nervous that this may change.
I was pleased that recent issues I have had seem to be getting resolved but it's still early days and my app is still defunct. Issues were with my doctor issuing a block of prescriptions to you which seemed to send your usual systems into freefall. Prior to this I had years of excellent service from you. At the moment I still have to email or queue for a webchat to get prescription which is not as good as previously, however, system was a bit smoother this month than it has been in the last 6mts.

I am sorry to hear you have had difficulty using the service. As you have suggested, your GP has issued you with electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions (eRD), these are simply pre-approved batches of prescriptions that will last a specific set of time (up to 12 months). This prescription type allows us to send your medication without submitting a request for your GP beforehand, whilst this is more convenient for your GP it can throw up a few more complicated issues for ourselves.
For all our patients that have been issued with eRD prescriptions, we ask them to contact us when they wish to order; you could send us an email when you wish to order for example. This allows us to ensure the eRD prescription is released rather than a request being submitted incorrectly for approval with the GP.
Unfortunately, the App is not compatible with this prescription type so you will be unable to use it to release your batches of prescriptions. If you would like to change how your prescriptions are issued, please speak with your surgery.

I ordered school uniform for my granddaughter. Shirts were lovely excellent quality fantastic fit. Very pleased. Trousers were lovely excellent quality but heaven knows what we were doing when we measured! Much too big! Not a problem. Return service is quick and convenient, no quibbles. Now the correct size is speeding it's way to us. Happy Grandma.

Sent my Niece a surprise 40th birthday present using sparkling direct. The ordering system was absolutely straightforward and I was able to include a personal message. Order arrived in day I requested and I was kept up-to-date by emails so that I knew the exact time it arrived at it's destination. Very pleased with the service, as was my Niece with her present.
It is easy to use and super, super efficient. Emails keep you up to date with when your prescription will be completed and delivered. No trips to the doctor's no phone calls no waiting at the chemist. It's all too good to be true.
Pleased with the hoodie I bought my Grandson. He loved it. I was pleased because it looked good and is really well made. Very slight hassle because of the Nottingham branch being closed for refurbishment and I would have rather chosen in the shop rather than bought on-line.
Took only 2 days to arrive extensively bubble-wrapped and in perfect condition. Add this to the low price for sink, tap and waste trap and it adds up to a perfect service.
