Super friendly and helpful company

I came across this brilliant company because the remote control that comes with the Q2 sound bar is woefully inadequate and broke within a year. Remote Control World offer a much more resilient and user-friendly pre-programmed remote that is compatible with the sound bar. When ours inexplicably stopped working, Adam at Remote Control World was so helpful in getting the problem fixed, helping to diagnose the problem, and sending a replacement control promptly and at no additional cost. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who really do put the customer first and want to help! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Quiz Game

This is a brilliant game which has been an unequivocal hit among our family and friends this Christmas - even with those who normally don't like or struggle with games. Yes, occasionally there have been some technical issues recently, due to the servers being overloaded, but these have been rectified, and the pay-off is that this is a game in which the questions and software are frequently updated, so there are never any repeat questions. Ignore the bad reviews and give it a go!

Goldcrest were very competitively priced, and were very speedy in their service, providing us with a verbal report on the day of the survey and a full written report a few days later, which was very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.

Good product, not great software.

The process of putting the book together was quite awkward - limited photo layout options, no grid to align photos if not using an existing template. Very difficult to scroll through the various background options. Perhaps it was because I was using a Mac? Constant problem of dragging a photo to a page and then it appearing on another page, and unfortunately a last minute photo change after proofing meant that this happened in the final print (my own fault for not doing one final proof, but frustrating nonetheless). However I was very happy with the service and the quality of the finished product.
