Have been charged for two items in September and only received one, still waiting for refund and can only contact them via what's app. Terrible customer service.

They have now replied to say I only ordered 1 item, but I made 2 orders and it is the 2nd order I have a problem with.

I booked an air con service for 1.30 pm and took my car to Halfords at that time only to be told they could not do the service until 4pm. Not very happy.
