I was at the Sønderborg branch a couple of weeks ago and ordered a sandwich, coffee and cake and waited for the green light on the card machine, all good. I then went to get my coffee was waiting a fair bit when my server came to me and told me the payment had not gone through. I told him it had, it was on my bank reserve, but he insisted I needed to pay again!! He made me feel like a thief, I got a bit flustered and dropped my cake. Of course it turned out I paid twice still waiting 2 weeks later to get money back. I am never going to their bakery again. It’s over rated, staff can be rude and for their prices you should get better service. Products were fine but they should be for the price esp if you have to pay twice!

It is like a treasure chest of bargains and great buys. Website works effortlessly and super easy to trade. If you contact customer service you are dealt with efficiently and kindly.

Package arrived in a couple of days and was in great condition. Very satisfied

When my daughter asked for clothes from an online retailer I was not sure what to expect but all 6 pieces arrived in great condition, fitted lovely and exceeded our expectations. I have been with 3 about 5 years and to be fair have had very few problems. A friend recently told me to change to a cheaper company, but if you are happy with the service overall then better the devil you know. I cancelled my internet with them as that I did find to be not such a good connection and expensive. Overall, very few fails, good customer service for the most part, price reasonable and sometimes some great deals when travelling.

I highly recommend Fast Speed, only been with them a month but it is fast and great value for money. 😊I had a slight issue this morning and called customer service. Thomas the technician was fantastic. He explained what I needed to do in a logical Way and like magic it is great again. I am not very techical so that was a great support. I am very happy and have no hesitation to recommend them, thank you Thomas. You were very attentive, kind and super helpful. If all employees are similar to you you have a company with such potential 😊

Tried to call them all morning. I waited on the phone only to get cut off, this has happened twice now, both occasions was on phone at least 20 minutes waiting. I keep get sent duplicate bills and sent reminders to pay, when I know I have already paid, but who do I contact to work this out? I will look for another company.

The company owner is fantastic he cannot do enough for his clients. He is very organised, calm and extremely polite and friendly. Moving is stressful but he made it less so and reassembled both my difficult pieces of furniture at my new address so it already feels like home. I have no hesitation in recommending Let Flyt, a value for money 5 Star service with a dedicated and hard working owner. :-)

I had an appointment with Carolayne today, she is so sweet and her smile is so warm. The facial was very good, she has a great technique and with experience she will just get better. Overall, I was very satisfied apart from the lady that was on reception, she was not so friendly and she was my first impression but luckily they have an asset like Carolayne. Thank you Carolayne I will be back.

Pernilla is a lovely lady, made me feel very relaxed. She offers a great service, wonderful scanned images and a kind and friendly attitude.

I am always happy with the results of Katas' work. In fact I will be booking my boyfriend in for a treatment shortly, so he can feel as good as I did after the treatment. I had the cleansing facial, it is 500kr but in my opinion worth the money. Kata is very professional and thorough, she really takes pride in her work. She makes the customer feel very relaxed. We had a very enjoyable chat during the session. A lovely woman worth supporting this great little business.
