The lady that helped me did not know much about the product, she opened the internet browser and showed me what the product can do - I did that already at home. I was expecting more of explanation how the product works, but I did not get that. I was told I can read everything online or in the apps.
Another thing on the Facebook page was given that by buying any product above 50 euro I get 10 euro discount, how ever it did not said that can not be complained with another discount. My product had discount already so I was not able to get it. - but I was told if I buy two product then I can get it, even thought one of them is already on discount. I am sorry but is just confusing. why by 2 product yes but by 1 product not? Therefore I have given 3 stars. it wasn't bad but it could be much better, specially apple products are not cheap and I do expect people that work there know more about what they arre selling.
