Never using again!
Had absolutely horrific customer service this morning whilst trying to solve a problem with luggage, at one point I was asked to speak Italian in order for the process to be easier ...ITALIAN! I booked in England, why should I have to speak in Italian to solve a customer service issue?
I was given two options when booking luggage, luggage or no luggage, 15kg or 20kg. I was not given the option at any point on whether I would like to book for outbound or return, I was not given a selection just luggage or no luggage. Yet when I got my booking confirmation through they had missed off luggage for one person for one way. I was only given the choice of adding luggage, not the choice of directions so how can that be my fault? ridiculous!
When I phoned to say that it was their mistake they made me speak to 5 different people who all said it was my mistake or they couldn't find the booking details to work out who was in the wrong and made me pay extra!!
