Renewing was simple and agent Rudi very helpful explaining any questions. Only dissatisfaction was the fact I was out of contract and being overcharged for 6 months before anyone bothered to tell me.

I bought six and the dogs loved them, but they split at the seams and were in bits in a fortnight. When the first one split, I sent a pic and suggested it may have been an unlucky faulty one, but got no response so I didn't bother when the other five split. A client's dog has had one for 3 years with no damage so maybe their quality control has slipped since then. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them, waste of money.
