Review of B&Q
We planned and purchased our kitchen with B&Q. We had a couple of delivery problems, but they were soon sorted and our kitchen planner couldn't do enough to help us. All in all a good experience.

Happy to recommend Hippo Waste. The bag was big enough for our needs and was collected very quickly with no problems.

I found some kitchen cupboard handles that I loved but couldn't buy directly from a kitchen company. I was delighted to find that Eurofit had them in stock and they were sent quickly and well-packaged.

Review of Karndean Designflooring
We purchased flooring but husband became too unwell to fit it so we had to return it, only to be told there was a £200 restocking fee for 9 packs. I did call them to explain the situation but they weren’t interested. Poor experience but a lesson learned.
Thank you for your reply below. I cannot accept what you have said. We were told by our supplier
"When we send the tiles back, they will credit us the invoice amount minus £165+ VAT as a re-stocking charge"
This being the case, that was one quarter of the total cost of the flooring, which is why I felt it necessary to post a review.

I can highly recommend this company. I wanted a large frame for a picture and the quotes I was given enormous, so I thought I'd give this company a go and the frame came well wrapped, with clear instructions, and it looks great - plus no glass to get broken which is an added bonus.
