Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Initially failed to give correct information and subsequently poor communication.

I can see that on the 23rd August, the servicing team attempted to contact you to provide an update on your policy but unfortunately was unable to leave a voice message. A letter from the resolutions team was posted to you with details as well on the 21st August.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Unable to locate order when it had not been delivered despite numerous phone calls. Ended up asking for money back but unwilling to do that until they had the money back from a third party supplier.

wrong size sent as replacement

Having chosen the wrong size it was returned without problem but wrong sized replacement was sent out which had to be returned. Following a phone call free return was organised.
When correct size finally arrived it was excellent
