My wine advisor Lisa contacted me to discuss my next order. It’s great to be kept up to date with any offers and/or suggestions. Although it’s easy to place an order online, it’s good to have a chat with someone. The vast majority of wines have been very enjoyable. Any issues, although rare, have always been dealt with satisfactorily.

Store was quiet. I selected a few packets of dog treats. A female store assistant saw me approach the till and came over to serve me. She was friendly and polite. She commented about my dog and asked if she was allowed a treat.We had a brief chat about dogs too.

Delivered within a few days. Pay in 3 option is helpful. Choice of products available is excellent.

I’ve ordered from Laithwaites for several years. There is a good selection of wines. I find them reliable and have enjoyed the vast majority of my purchases. It’s good to know there is a money back guarantee, although I’ve seldom had to utilise this.

Made a reservation online on Sunday. I was surprised that I would get a call back during normal office hours. However, it made a nice change to talk to someone to confirm details instead of booking and paying on line.

I placed an order for bathroom products recently. I like the idea of reducing waste and recycling. There was an introductory offer. The items were delivered within a few days. I’m pleased with the cleaning products- they are all very effective. The toilet cleaner has a pleasant fragrance, and the limescale remover works well. My favourite product is the bathroom cleaner. It smells lovely. The toilet tissue is good. It isn’t quite as soft and gentle as the product I usually buy. However, as it is probably more sustainable than my usual brand I may welll continue to order it. I’m looking forward to trying out other products. It does seem a bit pricey but I shall continue with a subscription for the time being.

Bought a model 4 sofa bed as a gift for my daughter and her fiancé. There’s a superb choice of colours and they chose kingfisher. I arranged for the delivery to be made a couple of days later. I received regular updates regarding the delivery time which I passed onto my daughter. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed by a few hours due to a breakdown. However, the quality of the sofa is superb. My daughter, her fiancé and their two cats love it. One star deducted due to delivery delay.

Parcel was left outside my front door. I live on a busy main road: it would have been in clear view of any passers by. I had left instructions to leave the parcel behind the side gate( out of view) The contents were worth over £150. Shocking service. I will be complaining to the company I ordered the items from.

I’ve ordered a number of products from QVC. On this occasion I ordered some Elemis products. I’ve ordered Elemis before and love the quality and scent. The prices are very reasonable and I took advantage of the option to pay in instalments. Delivery was prompt and it was well packaged

I’ve ordered Elemis and other luxury/ quality products from QVC on a number of occasions. They are always well packaged and delivered promptly. I often use the option to pay in instalments. The items make great presents , although I do keep some for myself as a treat.
