I've had a few orders which were fine....
However this was the WORST....!
Some of my items were OUT OF DATE...missing and ROTTEN...!
I've been completely ignored via WhatsApp...live chat and their complaints form for a week...(12/12/24)
They know about my issues...!
Waiting to inform Trading Standards and the police...if no reply from the company....

Disappointed
1st time ordering and won't be doing it again as I can get better value for £55 elsewhere....
Box arrived on time and inner packing was intact and cold...
The "cut your own steak" were an absolute joke with an inch of meat under the skin....only suitable to use for stir-frys...
The 4 chicken breasts were on the small side.....
The 8 minted lamb was very flavourful but leaked abit in the box....
Overall disappointed 😞 as I like to support small private businesses...

I've used this company for a few years now and I've not cause for complaint....
I receive my winnings usually within an hour and deposits are quick....
LOADS of various games are on the website....and new ones are added regularly....
They've just released a new UK app which is very laggy and i can't play some games but hopefully they will look into this....?
Only downside for me is that there's no membership loyalty and the bonuses are abismissal....!

PATRONISING
I've previously reviewed this company as excellent as I've NEVER had any issues/problems or complaints regarding my account for YEARS...
It's ALWAYS been in good standing by myself and NOT abused.....!
YET when i filled out their online survey......I recently received this complete and absolute PATRONISING GARBAGE.....!!
I had 2 emails from them on the same day within seconds of each other...
Briefly....
The 1st stating that "Based on activity on my account,we have decided that you will no longer be eligible for any promotional offers"
"We recommend that you contact and request the same promotional break from all other online betting and gaming brands you may use"
The 2nd stating even more complete rubbish by way of "they want to give me more control of my play" and this is one way "we're putting me in the driver's seat "...
So they have now set my budget from £1000pm down to £100pm....
I can request they lift this restriction by supplying my affordability details and/or a safer gambling interaction.....in other words bank statements etc and no doubt another SCAM profiling survey.....
WATCH OUT THEY'RE HAVING A PURGE.....!
As for my future custom .....
They can stick the rainbow up their ham-hole....!
