Beware Colours don’t match .…
I have also had a bad experience with this company.I originally ordered Two screens as I wanted to cover my garden fence , I ordered Dove Grey . After many weeks they arrived, and I was quite pleased with how they looked .I then decided to order another eight screens in Dove Grey , at £85 each this was quite a large outlay for me .
Again many weeks passed , after phoning and chasing up my order and being promised that someone would get back to me but they never did they finally arrived. Four boxes turned up , I opened the first ,and found one screen inside .So my immediate thought was that they had only sent Four screens . No , one in one box ,three in another , and two each in the other boxes , strange way of packaging. Straight away I could see there was a problem, completely different colour.I phoned customer services, now there’s a department that could be prosecuted under trades descriptions.
Different batches have slightly different colours , and because your first order was some time ago there is nothing we can do .This is not a slightly different colour this is completely different, and you are the ones that took so long with my order . They gave me the option of returning them at my own expense , reordering, but couldn’t say they would match my first two screens. I’m afraid that once they have your money they don’t seem interested, They keep advertising family run British company, this swayed it for me when looking to order , don’t be taken in with this description.
So to conclude if you order at different times , or need another screen because one was damaged ,you are unlikely to get the same colour, especially with the Dove Grey . Try to avoid there customer services, be prepared for weeks before delivery, lots of chasing up , waiting for calls that never happen , and once they have your money, your on your own .
