The blinds are perfect, as ordered. Love the metal chain instead of the usual plastic rubbish! Can't fault the product, one star removed for the delivery - blinds dropped at a neighbouring business with a similar name but different postcode! Waited an extra week to get them (had to track them down myself), which was frustrating & annoying!

I booked a Luton van online to move house - very easy to do.
Despite feeling a little concerned that i wouldn’t get the exact vehicle I booked, I decided to trust the process. When I collected the vehicle, Harry was great at going through the paperwork & explaining how things work.
His friendly nature made this a hassle free experience & the vehicle was returned the following day.

After meeting Nick & Nigel at the Eastleigh branch of Protyre, I'll NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else for new tyres. They're customer service blew me away. Had two tyres replaced on my car, & was so impressed that I took my wife's car to them the next day (another two tyres). It doesn't hurt so much spending £600 in two days on tyres when the service levels are this good.

The clothing is superb quality & fits very well. Lots of choice too.

Luke rang me to say they were ahead of schedule & asked if he could arrive earlier than arranged.
We said yes & the delivery was all done, chairs tested before the scheduled arrival time even arrived.
Polite, professional & efficient!

I never received my order.
I never received an email advising the order had been dispatched either.
I received no notification that there was a problem (from them or the courier).
Only when I queried where my order was I told there'd been a problem & that they would resend the order.
Very poor service - they had my money & were clearly not bothered that I hadn't received my order (until I pursued it). I vote with my feet - won't bother ordering from them again.

Victoria was great! After listening to our requirements, she showed us 3 recliners - we bought 2 there & then. It’s great when people take the time to listen to you, & match your requirements to a product that ticks all the boxes (including the boxes you didn’t even know needed ticking!!). Experience counts (!) & Victoria’s sense of humour made it a very pleasant buying experience. Thanks for a fun afternoon & great banter - really looking forward to our recliners!

Update 18 April 2022: After my complaint to MILK, I received the long-awaited parcel the same day, a detailed explanation & a substantial discount. The product itself is beautifully made, with a high quality finish - exactly why I chose them in the first place. My daughter & son in law were blown away when looking at the album - we could see them re-living parts of their special day again, which was very rewarding. Thank you for rectifying the situation, I’m now a completely satisfied customer who’ll be singing your praises in the future. Really glad I chose MILK now!

Initially sceptical of this product as i was used to paying premium price for a premium product (which my previous supplier provided, but at a very high cost). This 4800mg cbd oil works equally as well as the previous product, but at a considerable price difference - what’s not to love? It really helps with chronic pain from my arthritis. Very happy i saw the tv ad & took a punt on Access cbd😁!!

Used this website a few times to find local & cheap parking at somone's home in the area desired. Brilliant!!
