I took my iPhone11 to iSmash after the Apple Store on Regent Street refused to look at it because it had water damage. iSmash were helpful from the word go. My phone had a smashed screen as well as water damage and I was desperate to get it fixed since I hadn’t backed it up for several months and would lose precious data and photos if it couldn’t be fixed. I arrived at the iSmash store on Oxford Circus station at 2.45pm on 28 April having just left the Apple Store where they’d told me they don’t tackle problems if the phone has water damage but recommended I try iSmash. The guys at iSmash did a brilliant job! After inspecting the phone and asking a few questions they told me they would need two hours for job and I could collect it at 5pm. They were absolutely as good as their word! When I arrived back at 5pm they presented me with a fully functioning and immaculately restored phone!! It looked liked new and worked perfectly! Five stars and many, many thanks to the guys at Oxford Circus iSmash store for a magnificent job ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received fantastic service from the iSmash team at Oxford Circus station on Friday 28 April.. My iPhone had water damage and a smashed screen with no functionality at all. To make matters worse, I hadn't backed it up for several weeks so risked losing precious data. The team at the Apple store said they could't fix it so iSmash was my last hope! They were brilliant!! I left it with them and when I returned two hours later they'd completely fixed it! I'm so grateful to the two guys at iSmash who did such an amazing job and saved my phone!
