Needed some new tyres for my car, did a Google search, and Protyres Bolton came up. I put my VRM in to check the size of my tyres, and what was recommended. Selected 4 x tyres, at a good price and booked in the car for the following day. Arrived at the garage, booked in the car, for the gentleman to tell me that the tyres I had selected were for Audi only. I said it didn't say that anywhere on the website, and those tyres were recommended for my (non-Audi) car by your website. He then told me it didn't really matter, and it would take a hour. 2 hours later it still wasn't finished, I had to go an appointment I had, and had to wait another hour for the car to be ready. Not sure I would use the garage again.

Was looking for replacement coals and fireboards for my fireplace, rather than replacing the whole thing. Found legend Fires online, their website was easy to navigate, I found what I needed and it confirmed the parts would fit my fireplace. Placed my order, it arrived swiftly and well packaged. I spoke with Kevin, who explained the process thoroughly, and he came to my address and assessed the fireplace prior to cleaning it. One star knocked off, as the driver simply rang the bell and left the item in the storm porch, before I had even got chance to get to the door!

Had a look at the Fat Face sale, and saw the organic breton tops were in the sale. Already owning one, and knowing what great quality it is, the fit is great, and it is easy to care for, I ordered another 3 in different colours! They are all the same quality, which is a lot to be said in this day and age!

I needed a new oven door seal after my existing one split. Following a Google search on the make and model of my oven, 4ourhouse came up with exactly what I needed. I can't say if the price was expensive or cheap, as I couldn't find another one like it elsewhere, so I ordered the one from here. It arrived well packaged and swiftly, and it was simple to replace. I actually needed a XXL dog crate for my pet cat, whilst she was recovering from a serious injury and required caging. It was big enough for her bed, a litter tray, two feed bowls and water for her. She was still able to stretch her legs and lie down comfortably.
I paid for next day delivery, which it duly arrived the following day, all the packaging was undamaged, as were the goods. Would use The Sports HQ again, no problem.
