So tired of waiting

I ordered a chair i april last year and I have not seen it yet! I have contacted INFURN several times(last time January 13) both bad excuses are all I have heard and I have heard nothing regarding my last mail.
They have offered me 10% discount on my next buy but there will be NO next buy. I just want my money back now!

We have tried to contact you today in respect of your order item for the RAR Rocking chair.

Although you have been patient, the order shows that the chair is now due to arrive early next month in March, and we have requested the Logistics department to confirm that this is now a realistic date.

That being the case, we hope you will decide to wait a little longer for the item.

We will be in touch with you tomorrow to see what is decided.
