Easy purchase and great product. Delivery was slower than expected but as the subsequent emails informed me, they do ship from abroad (China in this case) and don't hold massive stock.
Otherwise painless purchase process and worth the wait.

Great service on the phone when I rung my local branch. Price for the tv is wanted was 50 pounds cheaper than I expected so ordered there and then for home delivery. Delivered as expected, no issues. Really happy with Richer Sounds as always.

Seems like a good phone for a good price but they took my money for something they did not have. From ordering to delivery took 23 days, so the 3-5 days getting it ready and then next day delivery was nonsense.
The worst thing was that I would have had no updates at all had I not contacted the company on three different occasions. Customer service were responsive and helpful but started to feel like they were just saying what I wanted to hear when the time frame they advised came and went twice. Luckily after the third time and another 5 days wait it was finally shipped. Although still to the original address rather than the updated address that Customer services had assured me had be changed. Better late than never but wouldn't trust them to organise a booze up in a brewery.

Unbelievable. Order was placed under the same name and email I have reviewed on here using so if they really cannot find my order it shows how unorganised and bad their systems are. Hopefully only few get the service I have but would not recommend and won't be going back

Great cards but useless efficiency shipping even when I'd paid extra for faster delivery. They didn't supply the tracking number of my Wednesday evening order as the process suggested they would - I only received this in asking customer service on Friday afternoon, disgruntled at no cards arriving yet. Customer service person was helpful and nice but the tracking number showed that royal mail didn't receive the cards until almost 9pm on the Friday. Not what I would expect for a customer paying extra for faster shipping. Will not be using thortful again
